I am still getting countless emails from group members who did not receive their free designs. Please carefully read the following note if you would like to receive the weekly free designs and have had problems in getting them in the past:

1. You have to read your email. Some members delete their email without reading instructions in the email and then delete the free design attached to their email or do not know where to get the freebie.

2. I am not placing free designs in the Yahoo Group page. This is an announce group and one of the reasons why I am sending free designs to the group is to announce promotions or new creations. My way of thanking you for reading about my promotions and creations is to provide a freebie in the email. If the designs can be downloaded from the Yahoo page, as in the past, very few people read emails (according to our market analyses, only about 15% of the group). Thus no weekly freebies on the group page.

3. You have to be on INDIVIDUAL EMAIL at Yahoo. Else you can't receive your weekly freebie. If you change your email settings to anything else at any time you can't get the freebie.

If you hide your email address I can't send you an email either.

4. Your own email settings must allow you to receive email attachments. Some servers see any attachment as SPAM. Please make sure your settings are correct or contact your local service provider.

These are the main reasons for not getting your free designs. The group is quite large and I simply can't cope with the requests to resend the freebies. Please do not see it as being rude if I don't resend them as it takes a lot of time and I feel it can be avoided.

If these designs do not live up to their promise, we shall replace the designs at no further cost within a month of purchase. What formats do we offer?	Most designs digitized are available in the following formats: ART, CSD, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, VIP & XXX
What is our copyright policy?	You may use these patterns to embroider clothing, costumes, and accessories, and you are free to sell the items you make. You may not sell the patterns themselves in hardcopy or in digitized form, and you may not reprint or repost the patterns in any form without my express permission.
Can I sell items that I embroider with your designs?	Yes, but only the stitch outs; not the files you purchased in any form. As the original customer you may embroider designs on items for your personal use. You may also embroider the designs on up to 20 individual items to sell for profit. Selling of items embroidered with the design in excess of 20 items is defined as “commercial use” and is strictly prohibited under this license. Those wishing to obtain a license specifically for commercial use may do so by contacting us at annelr@mweb.com.na
Can I share designs from your site with a friend?	Not at all. This is our income and by doing so you are keeping us from our legitimate income. This is a copyright violation and could result in legal action.
Can I share FREEBIE designs from your site with a friend?	Not at all. This is our way of promoting our webpage and special promotions and by doing so you are keeping us from generating a legitimate income. This is a copyright violation and could result in legal action.
May I use your designs to teach students?	Please contact us first as we have a strict policy concerning sharing of our designs. annelr@mweb.com.na
How do I pay for my designs?	You use the "order" button on the page where the collection is that you want to purchase. BMT Micro will complete the transaction. It is your choice to pay per cheque, money order, PayPal or credit card. What currency can I purchase with?	BMT Micro provides you with a wide range of international currency to use. Primarily US$, Ł & €.
How do I get my designs?	BMT Micro will send you a link to download your designs. Alternatively, we shall email designs if BMT Micro fails to send them. Customer Service: bmt@bmtmicro.com
What about my email privacy?	A STITCH A HALF pledges not to disclose your contact details or any personal information to anyone. You can unsubscribe any time you want.
How many times can I download the design?	Only once, then the link expires.Contact BMT Micro for any problems. Customer Service: bmt@bmtmicro.com
Why can’t I download the design I purchased onto another computer?	To prevent link sharing and other forms of piracy the download links that are emailed to you are programmed to lock onto the first computer which is used to download the files. Because of this, if you try to share a design file with a friend you could end up locking yourself out of being able to download the design file for yourself.
