All designs purchased from A Stitch a Half are guaranteed to be of superior quality. All designs are extensively tested on various embroidery computers and in multiple formats. If these designs do not live up to their promise, we shall replace the designs at no further cost within a month of purchase. Should we be unable to resolve the problem we shall refund you the purchase price.
