Pricing
All prices as indicated on the website are quoted in US dollars (US$).
IP Address
We log your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We run reports that tell us how many visitors come to our store per hour of the day and days of the week. The information gathered also gives us a good idea of what browsers are used and which sites people are coming from. There is no personal information (such as name, address or email address) logged that links any particular person to any particular IP address. Registration
Our site´s registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as their name and email address and password). The registration form also collects your zip code. This information is required and used to give us a mimimum of information about the account holder. The email address is used to contact the customer if necessary. Reasons for email originating from "A Stitch A Half" include issues with an order that the customer has placed and updates to our privacy statement that include any changes on how we use your information. We do not send out any junk email. Emails are sent occasionally with updates about "A Stitch A Half". You do have an option not to receive the updates. To unsubscribe from our email updates you can uncheck the "newsletter" checkbox in your profile section. Our store maintains a list of receipts or Order History for each customer. This information is accessible by logging in to your profile section and clicking on the Order History link. This information is for your convenience. It is not available to anyone else.
Newsletter
"A Stitch A Half" sends out newsletters to customers. If you wish to unsubscribe from this newsletter please remove the "tick" in your profile section.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Changes
This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided. 1. You may email us by using the "contact us" button on the website.

Please note, by completely removing your information from our database all record of your orders with us will also be removed.

At that time if you wish to remove any information that is stored with us you may do so.
Copyright
You may use our designs on personal garments/projects. You may also sell your projects where you have stitched out our designs. You may not share, copy, resell or distribute our designs in its original digital form. You may not purchase designs in a group buy or on behalf of someone else. Please make use of our gift certificate if you wish to purchase designs for someone else. Discounts are given to clubs where bulk is purchased of the same design. We try to ensure that the artwork used to create these embroidery designs is purchased from legal clipart distributors. If you see your artwork and its not intended for commercial use, please email me and the designs will be removed immediately.
Refund policy
Design zip files which are corrupt will be replaced. Refunds are given when no solution to a problem can be offered. Please email us at Annemarie@astitchahalf-mail.com to discuss any refund issues.
