Step 1:
1st Color stop will indicate where
the fabric and batting must be placed
|

Step 2:
Place batting on top of running
stitch...and place fabric on top of batting
|

|
|
Step 3:
Batting and fabric will now be stitched
simultaiously to the indicated area in the hoop.
This is the 2d Color stop
|

Step 4:
Cut away excess batting and fabric
|

|
|
Step 5:
This is how your project should
look like at this stage
|

Step 6:
Remove hoop without interferring
with hooped fabric. Turn hoop around...
|

Step 7:
Your lining (we used a piece of
leather) will now be attached to the indicated area.
Use an adhesive spray to keep lining in place. This
will be the "sole" of the slipper.
|

Step 8:
Place hoop back in embroidery machine
and stitch next color stop. The lining (or leather
in this case) will be stitched to the indicated
area in the hoop. Remove hoop without interferring
with hooped fabric and this is what is should look
like.

Step 9:
Cut away the excess lining (or leather
in this case)
|

|
Step 10:
This is what your project should
look like at this stage. Place hoop back in embroidery
machine and stitch last color stop = satin outline.

Step 11:
The sole of your slipper is now
finished. This is what the bottom looks like...
|

Step 12:
This is what the inside of the slipper
will look like. Remove from hoop and cut away excess
stabiliser. (Keep aside for the construction in
step 25)

Step 13:
Now for the toe panel. 1st Color
stop will indicate where the fabric and batting
must be placed
|

Step 14:
Place batting on top of running
stitch...and place fabric on top of batting

Step 15:
Batting and fabric will now be stitched
simultaiously to the indicated area in the hoop.
This is the 2d Color stop

Step 16:
Next - follow the color sequence
as indicated in you PDF or use you own color scheme
to match your fabric.

Step 17:
Cut away excess batting and fabric
|

Your lining (we used the same as
the top fabric) will now be attached to the indicated
area. Use an adhesive spray to keep lining in place.

Step 21:
Place hoop back in embroidery machine
and stitch next color stop. The lining (same as
top fabric) will be stitched to the indicated area
in the hoop. Remove hoop without interferring with
hooped fabric and this is what is should look like.

Step 22:
Cut away excess batting and fabric
|

|
|
Step 23:
Place hoop back in embroidery
machine and stitch last color stop = satin outline.
|

Step 24:
This is what your TOE panel should
look like. Remove from hoop and cut away excess
stabiliser.

Step 25 - CONSTRUCTION -
Lay out the panels right and left.
With a zigzag stitch on your sewing machine join
the heel and toe sections for the sole. Also join
the two panels for the right TOE and the 2 panels
for the left TOE.

Step 26:
Mark the center of the sole front
panels of each slipper.
|

|
|
Step 27:
Always start in the center front.
With a zigzag stitch on your sewing machine close
the seam from the center ront to the one side.
|

Step 28:
This is what your slipper looks
like now.

Step 29:
Again starting from the center front
- close the seam joining the last section of the
SOLE and TOE
|

Step 30:
Voila! You slipper is finished
