Step 1.  

You will need the following items for your "60-minute mobile":

Glue gun, glue sticks, ribbon, 2 thin wooden rods, freestanding lace charms and optional, gemstones and glitter glue

 Step 2:  

Glue ribbon strips to wooden rod and attach charms to bottom of ribbon.

Step 3:  

Glue the 2 wooden rods together as shown in the picture.

Glue ribbon to the 4 ends of the wooden rods to enable you to hang the mobile.

Step 4:

Decorate you mobile with gemstones and glitter glue.

Now your mobile is ready for display.
